We’ve documented the many public hearings that Caltrans has held in our area, participated in Mendocino County and California Coastal Commission meetings, and worked with attorneys and land use consultants — all with the goal of advocating for the preservation of the beautiful bridges and ribbon of highway that showcase the beauty of the Mendocino Coast.

We do not own, operate, maintain, or control the bridges, and we do not make or provide safety determinations. Responsibility for public safety, inspection, maintenance, and operational decisions rests solely with the appropriate public agencies.

We are not engineers and do not provide technical evaluations. Our advocacy relies on publicly available information and third-party analyses prepared by qualified professionals. Any engineering conclusions referenced are attributable to their original authors.
